You provided some very interesting insights. You have consistently promoted NBC in all that you do, while at the same time working from within to enlighten your colleagues to the possibilities of a new media dialog. In an industry that is running scared due to diminishing returns, you continue to think positively and speak with great optimism on the role that mainstream media can have in a future where the audience demands a voice. You, and other other early adopters in traditional media, are leading the change from within. I wish you every success in waking the giant.

A little traditional media souvenir from SXSW, thanks to Becky McCray:
http://www.flickr.com/photo...

Adele McAlear

Re: Conference to Conference – Putting the “Social” Back in Social Media

Andy's and your talk was great even if it sounded like a commercial for Twitter. You two should take it on the road to some of the local j-schools.

I was wondering it the wiki page you were using during your presentation is still live. I wanted to take a closer look at some of the links, but didn't write it down.

Re: Conference to Conference – Putting the “Social” Back in Social Media

Damn good stuff.
